It’s important to us that you’re completely satisfied with your 50/50 WareHouse Shoes, so we accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back worn shoes.


To send an item back to us, please enclose the 50/50 WareHouse invoice which arrived with your package. (Upon 50/50 WareHouse approval)You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as 50/50 WareHouse cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, 50/50 WareHouse only accepts exchanges if you need a different size other wise we do not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time.

Refunds for Price Markdowns

In the event that the price of an item that you purchased is marked down, 50/50 WareHouse will honor a request to refund the price differential within 5 business days of your initial order date. We accept only one discount per order placed. Additionally, 50/50 WareHouse will only refund the price difference one time per item. If an item that you ordered has been marked down and it has been 5 business days or less since you placed your order, please contact us for assistance.
