What is drop-shipping?
In order to offer our customers the greatest selection possible some of our inventory is shipped from outside our Ohio warehouse. We feel that drop shipping enhances our customer’s experience; otherwise it would not be offered.
I only received part of my order!
Sometimes orders from our website are sent from different warehouses at no extra charge to you. Other shipments will be coming, if you feel an error has been made please email us.
What if my shipping and billing addresses are different?
50/50 WareHouse uses several measures to protect you from fraud. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, a customer service representative will contact the cardholder to verify the order legitimacy prior to it being processed. In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately.
Why can’t I ship to a PO or an APO box?
50/50 WareHouse uses United Parcel Service (UPS) and USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship all products to our customers. Based on agreements between the US Post Office (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS), UPS cannot make deliveries to USPS-owned property. If you have a PO or APO box, please make arrangements to have your 50/50 WareHousepurchase delivered to a physical address where UPS is authorized to deliver. Why do some items in my order ship at different times?
In order to show an expanded inventory online, 50/50 WareHouse may ship some of the items listed online from one our nationwide warehouses or drop ship. Because of this expanded inventory, shipping times for certain items may vary based on current inventory levels.
The availability estimate on each item’s product information page refers only to how long it will take us to ship the product. In transit times will vary based on the order’s final destination.

How long will it take for me to get my order?
All 50/50 WareHouse Online orders are shipped via United Parcel Service or USPS and are shipped within 48 hours. Product availability will determine when items in an order will ship. Orders with more than one item may be shipped from separate fulfilling locations. Delivery times vary depending on the final destination. Once we ship the items in your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your UPS or USPS tracking number included. You may use this tracking number at www.ups.com or www.usps.com to monitor the order in-transit.

Yes.
International orders may have to be processed manually. You will recieve another invoice after your order is made with the correct shipping amount.(If you do not check the correct shipping box.) If you live outside the U.S. you must select International Shipping or your order will be delayed.
